- Learn While You Work
We support flexible work schedules that allow employees to attend classes, trainings, or professional development opportunities. Schedule adjustments may be available with supervisor approval to help balance work responsibilities and learning goals.
- Tuition & Training Support
Eligible employees are able to submit a tuition waiver form, leaving classes at $10 (not including applicable class fees)! Classified and Exempt staff are also able to complete additional training and apply for reimbursement, up to $150/year!
This benefit is designed to support skill development aligned with both personal career goals and institutional needs. - Grant & Funding Opportunities
In addition to reimbursement programs, employees may apply for professional development grants through our College Foundation. These grants can support conferences, workshops, certifications, and other growth opportunities.
